I wonder how long it'll be before Gartrell and his gang are linked to Karl Christian Rove, and whether he financed them?

They may also wish to look for financial links from alleged white supremacist misunderstood tycoon Harold C. Simmons, who lives here in Dallas.

Simmons is the billionaire scumbag Texas sweetheart who's financing this year's swiftboat ad about Barack Obama. He has practice; he did the same thing to John Kerry in 2004 which is why we got Four More Years of George W. Bush.

At least Simmons is following Republic Golden Rule #3: Lie, then lie some more. He understands that the small-minded fools who make up the base of the Republic Party will believe most anything.

Once it makes landfall, America's White Christian Preachers should immediately POUNCE, and tell everyone that the hurricane struck Texas because of its wickedness, for electing George Walker "Dubya" Bush as POTUS; Rick "Pretty Hair" Perry as Governor; Kay Bailey "Bootlicker Sr" Hutchison and John "Bootlicker Jr" Cornyn as US Senators.

Texas Republicans vote for Clinton

One of my former colleagues (a self-described evangelical) says the Texas GOP is doing all it can to ensure a beatable Democrat (Clinton) in the fall election. Since I noticed a long Democratic line during early voting, I wasn't surprised to hear this admission:

Just to tell you how widespread it is, today's Republican line was totally empty, the Dem line had about a dozen folks ahead of me. I recognized about half of them from the County Republican fundraiser. We all winked at each other.

I wonder if the same shenanigans are taking place in Ohio - do they also have an open primary?

It'll be interesting to see how many Republicans I spot at tonight's caucus, in the Hillary camp.

Pity these neocon clowns still have me on their list. I think I'd rather drink pig vomit than vote for their candidate, but .. here's what they said to my answering machine:

It's quite funny that they persist in repeating the lies: that McCain is a conservative, that he'll cut taxes, that his values are anywhere near my own, and that he's honorable. Now that I've heard that humor, I don't have to watch cartoons this week.

I'm considering voting early this year, on Wednesday the 27th .. since that's the anniversary of the enactment of the 22nd Amendment of the US Constitution. It seems only fitting, else we'd surely be looking at a third term for Karl Christian Rove's Regime.

Dallas' darkest day?

In what may go down in history as the darkest day in Dallas history, Southern Methodist University (most famous for a huge football scandal in 1987) announced that construction of the George W. Bush Presidential Liberry will begin on their campus next year, to be completed by 2014.

The site is generally located west of the intersection of US-75 (Central Expressway) and Yale Boulevard.

SMU might as well close its doors now; no self-respecting student could ever attend there again, after this disastrous maldecision.
